Chicken Salad Salad

I used:

2 10oz cans of organic, all natural chicken
A small handful of unsweetened dried cranberries
A small handful of roasted almond slices
Half a fuji apple diced into cubes
About 20 grapes sliced in half
Half a cup of mayo (Tessamae's makes a good whole 30 compliant one)
1 tablespoon of relish
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper (make sure there's no sugar added)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all in a bowl and serve! Simple as that. I have a few serving suggestions for it:

Slice the top off a bell pepper and fill it with the chicken salad.

Use fresh baby Spinach and Kale and top it with the chicken salad.

Take a leaf of lettuce and wrap the chicken salad.

Take cucumber slices and top with a dollop of chicken salad.

Eat it directly out of a bowl.

Have suggestions? Add them in the comments! Remember, we are kepping it healthy here, that's why there's no suggestions for bread, however, I think this would be awesome on a sourdough roll if you do partake in bread.
